Several Buffalo Businesses are stepping up to support Ukraine in this desperate time of need. Any act, whether it be big or small, makes a great difference. Learn about some of the upcoming events you can attend and businesses you can support that will be donating proceeds to aid and assist Ukrainian refugees.
Hydraulic Hearth
For the entire month of March, Hydraulic Hearth is “marching for Ukraine” and will be donating 100% of pizza sales (dine in & take out) to aid Ukrainian refugees. Stop in soon and get one of their delicious pizza’s and show your support for Ukraine. Learn more on their Facebook Page : facebook.com
Ukrainian Cultural Center
The Ukrainian Cultural Center is located at 562 Genesee Street in Buffalo, NY and was founded by Ukrainian emigrants that had been displaced from their homeland by World War Two. The founding members sought to establish a community center where they could maintain their cultural identity, pass their heritage onto their children, socialize, and participate in organizations that would continue their progress towards an independent Ukraine.
Their kitchen and lounge will be open every Friday evening to provide a place to gather and fundraise for humanitarian aid and medical supplies in Ukraine.
Upcoming Event : This Tuesday, March 1st they are asking the Buffalo community to meet at Buffalo City Hall at 4pm to show support.

Hofbrauhaus Buffalo
Visit the Hofbrauhaus Buffalo on Thursday, March 10th as they will be donating 10% of total sales for the day to aid the citizens of Ukraine

Buffawix Candle Co.
Locally owned candle company “Buffawix Candle Co.” is doing their part to help show support for Ukraine. Owner Kristine Bailey recently launched a new candle called “All One Herd” and partnered with the Ukrainian American Freedom Foundation, who provides humanitarian and medical aid to war victims in Ukraine. 50% of the “All One Herd” proceeds will go to the UAFF.
