There’s more music coming to the Transit Drive-In with the announcement of the full lineup for the new “Live at the Drive-In” concert series.
The socially distanced music series, a collaboration between the Transit Drive-In and Buffalo Iron Works, focuses exclusively on local and regional bands. It opens with concerts by the groove-rock collective Aqueous on June 19, 20 and 21.
All shows are from 2 to 5 p.m. at the Transit Drive-In (6655 S. Transit Road, Lockport). Tickets are $30 per person or $50 VIP (includes a parking spot in the first two rows) and can be purchased via the Transit Drive-In website. There is a two-person minimum and six-person maximum per car.

June 27: Organ Fairchild
July 4: West of the Mark and Two Hills “Reloaded”
July 11: Critt’s Juke Joint “Motown Funk and Soul”
July 18: Funktional Flow
July 25: Kickstart Rumble “Sun Records 1950s”
July 31: Mikey Carubba’s Super Jam including Jennifer Hartswick (Trey Anastasio Band), Shira Elias (Turkuaz), Sammi Garett (Turkuaz), Craig Brodhead (Turkuaz), Greg Sanderson (Turkuaz) and Eric Crittenden
Aug. 1: Tropidelic with Daze Ago
Aug. 8: Mom Said No and Fernway
Aug. 15: Witty Tarbox and Grub
Gates open at 1 p.m. Social distancing guidelines will be in effect with cars spaced 6 feet apart. You can sit outside in front of your vehicle in lawn chairs or on blankets. Face masks must be worn when you are away from your vehicle.
A portion of proceeds will benefit local charities related to either Covid-19 or social injustice including WNY Feed the Frontline, Black Love Resists in the Rust, Make A Wish and NIVA.
Organizers also plan to announce a concert and movie series at the Transit Drive-In.
