Exciting things are happening in the Cobblestone District! The Buffalo Niagara Partnership (BNP) is moving its headquarters to 79 Perry St., right next to KeyBank Center, marking a significant milestone for the district’s continued growth and revitalization. This new office space will serve as a hub for the regional business community, helping to further drive development in the area.
During the BNP’s Annual Report to Members event on November 14 at the Statler Buffalo, Buffalo Bills and Sabres Chief Operating Officer Pete Guelli shared his excitement about the partnership. Guelli, in a conversation with BNP President & CEO Dottie Gallagher, reflected on the important role the BNP will play in the Cobblestone District’s future. “Talking with Terry Pegula, we agreed that this is the exact tenant we need in this building,” said Guelli. “You have the same vision. You saw the property and saw how great of a place it can be.”
A Hub for Business Growth
Opening in Spring 2025, the new BNP headquarters will provide an innovative space for local business professionals and executives to connect and collaborate. The BNP hosts over 4,500 attendees at its events each year, and the new headquarters will be a central gathering point for these business leaders.
With over 1,000 BNP members gaining access to co-working spaces, including a café, semi-private desks, and state-of-the-art conference rooms, the new headquarters will offer a wide range of amenities designed to foster productivity and creativity. Thoughtfully designed event spaces will also regularly host programming that brings together leaders from a variety of industries, helping to build connections and drive collaboration.
Strengthening the Cobblestone District
Guelli emphasized that the BNP’s move into the Cobblestone District is a critical piece of the larger vision for the area. “This is phase one of what we’re doing. I think it further illustrates the potential around that building,” he said.
The BNP’s presence in the Cobblestone District is not just about office space—it’s about creating a dynamic business community that will play a key role in the next phase of the district’s development. The area around KeyBank Center is already a hub for sports and entertainment, and the addition of the BNP headquarters will help create a vibrant, connected environment for businesses, organizations, and residents alike.
Looking to the Future
The arrival of the BNP headquarters at 79 Perry St. is just the beginning of what’s to come for the Cobblestone District. With this new space serving as a central point for business activity, the district is poised for even more growth and development in the coming years.
